  USAA Bank offers IRA CD accounts with very competitive rates. The highest APY is a Super Jumbo 7 year IRA CD at 3.66% which requires a minimum deposit of $175,000 and above. Interested investors with available investment funds of between $95,000-$174,999 can choose a Jumbo 7 year IRA CD at 3.40%APY or a 7 year Standard IRA CD at 3.35%APY which requires at least $250 minimum initial deposit for IRA CD and $1,000 minimum initial deposit for Standard CD.

  USAA which stands for United Services Automobile Association is a product of 25 Army officers who decided to insure each other’s vehicles. It started in 1922 as a tiny organization but now serves about 6.8 million members.
