  A 12-Month IRA CD with 2.00%APY  is being offered by Sovereign Bank. It requires a minimum deposit of $500 to open. Maximum deposit is however limited up to $499,999. The bank also requires customers to have a Premier Checking Account to open the CD account and receive the APY. There is also a penalty for early withdrawal.
