  The South Carolina based bank offers two terms CD or IRA. One is a 12 month CD or IRA at 2.30%APY and a 24 month CD or IRA at2.50%APY. The APYs are accurate as of May 5, 2009 and is subject to change without notice. Note that a penalty will be charged for early withdrawal of the principal.
