  USAA Savings Bank is offering a 1 year Super Jumbo IRA CD at 2.46%APY which requires a minimum initial deposit and minimum balance to obtain the APY of $175,000.

  Aside from the Super Jumbo IRA CD, USAA also offers a standard IRA CD at 2.15%APY and Jumbo IRA CD at 2.20%APY all for 1 year term. The minimum initial deposit and minimum balance required to obtain the APY for standard IRA CD is $1,000 and $95,000 for Jumbo IRA CD.

  Interested customers who want to avail of higher IRA CD rates will have to go for longer terms.  The highest rate offered by USAA Savings Bank accurate as of May 1, 2009 is the 7 year Super Jumbo IRA CD at 3.66%APY.
