Discover Bank recently updated its IRA CD rate sheet. The bank’s highest IRA CD rate offer is a 10 year term IRA CD at 3.00% APY.
The following IRA CD rates are effective as of March 8, 2011. Please note that this offer applies to personal accounts only. IRA CD rate is based on a $2,500 minimum balance and applies to a 10-year term.
