Det \u00e4r ett fantastiskt kvitto p\u00e5 att HR-fr\u00e5gor engagerar och att behovet av att m\u00f6tas, utbyta id\u00e9er och utmana varandra&nbsp;\u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ett-varmt-tack-till-er-alla-nbsp\"><strong>Ett varmt tack till er alla<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tack till alla&nbsp;er som tog er tid att vara d\u00e4r,&nbsp;fysiskt eller digitalt!&nbsp;Ni \u00e4r anledningen till att det h\u00e4r eventet existerar. Era fr\u00e5gor, era diskussioner och era kommentarer&nbsp;efter\u00e5t&nbsp;gav dagen&nbsp;en otrolig energi och gl\u00e4dje.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Till v\u00e5ra talare och paneldeltagare: tack f\u00f6r att ni delade med er av er kunskap, era erfarenheter och era perspektiv.&nbsp;Ni gav oss konkreta insikter att ta med oss tillbaka till v\u00e5ra organisationer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Till alla partners och utst\u00e4llare som m\u00f6jliggjorde dagen: utan er hade allt det h\u00e4r inte g\u00e5tt att f\u00f6rverkliga.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och till v\u00e5ra eminenta moderatorer Jenny Swartling-Pizarro och Martin Sj\u00f6gren, vilket fantastiskt jobb ni gjorde. Tack f\u00f6r er n\u00e4rvaro och alla timmar ni lagt ner p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rbereda dagen.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-en-kort-summering-nbsp-nbsp\"><strong>En kort summering&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dagen inleddes, tro det eller ej,\u00a0med\u00a0ett jazzband och\u00a0en\u00a0flashmob-k\u00f6r! F\u00f6rst en ton i publiken, sedan en till och sen stod en stor k\u00f6r l\u00e4ngst fram och sj\u00f6ng. D\u00e4refter f\u00f6ljde\u00a0tv\u00e5 kortare samtal; ett\u00a0med v\u00e5r nye nordiske VD Adam Knapp och\u00a0ett med\u00a0v\u00e5r nye globale VD Mathieu Stevenson. Mathieu\u00a0passade\u00a0\u00e4ven\u00a0p\u00e5 att lyfta v\u00e5r <a href=\"https:\/\/benifex.com\/sv\/idag-lanserar-vi-nya-benifex-en-uppdaterad-identitet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nyligen lanserade varum\u00e4rkesidentitet<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1900\" height=\"1200\" src=\"https:\/\/benifex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/FramtidensHRtopimage.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21797\" srcset=\"https:\/\/benifex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/FramtidensHRtopimage.jpg 1900w, https:\/\/benifex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/FramtidensHRtopimage-768x485.jpg 768w, https:\/\/benifex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/FramtidensHRtopimage-1536x970.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1900px) 100vw, 1900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Den f\u00f6rsta panelen,&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;HR vid ett v\u00e4gsk\u00e4l \u2013 fr\u00e5n regelefterlevnad till relation&#8221;<\/strong>, bestod av Erik Lignell, CHRO p\u00e5&nbsp;Kivra, Tommie&nbsp;Cau, Senior&nbsp;Advisor&nbsp;p\u00e5&nbsp;Cau&nbsp;&amp; Co, samt Siri Wikander, Chief Strategy Officer p\u00e5 Beyond&nbsp;Talking. Samtalet belyste hur snabbt samh\u00e4llet f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras och hur v\u00e5r anpassningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga m\u00e5ste h\u00e4nga med. Beteendef\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsledning lyftes som b\u00e5de gigantiska m\u00f6jligheter.&nbsp;Panelen var ocks\u00e5 \u00f6verens om att det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att leda i kris&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;f\u00f6r d\u00e5 \u00e4r syfte och vision tydliga.&nbsp;Och just tydlighet beh\u00f6ver vi ofta mer utav f\u00f6r att veta att det vi g\u00f6r \u00e4r r\u00e4tt.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5r egen Niklas Englund, Chief Commercial Officer p\u00e5 Lifeplan, tog sedan plats p\u00e5 stora scenen och betonade vikten av oberoende pensionsr\u00e5dgivning. Han visade hur organisationer verkligen kan erbjuda en f\u00f6rm\u00e5n som g\u00f6r skillnad&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;genom pensionsr\u00e5dgivning helt utan provision.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rmiddagen fortsatte med panelen&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Sluta jaga talang \u2013 b\u00f6rja bygg attraktionskraft&#8221;<\/strong>, med Louise Thulin, konsult p\u00e5&nbsp;Home&nbsp;of&nbsp;Recruitment, Charles Sinclair, co-founder&nbsp;p\u00e5&nbsp;Oddwork, och Linus Holmgren,&nbsp;Employer&nbsp;Brandingchef&nbsp;p\u00e5 Nacka Kommun. H\u00e4r fick vi bland annat h\u00f6ra att spr\u00e5kmodeller som&nbsp;ChatGPT&nbsp;och Claude har blivit nya plattformar d\u00e4r kandidater s\u00f6ker information om potentiella arbetsgivare. Panelen understr\u00f6k ocks\u00e5 att&nbsp;employer&nbsp;branding&nbsp;inte beh\u00f6ver kosta skjortan&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;och att arbetet med arbetsgivarvarum\u00e4rket \u00e4r minst lika viktigt under anst\u00e4llningsstopp.&nbsp;Employer&nbsp;branding&nbsp;handlar ytterst om kultur, och kultur m\u00e5ste v\u00e5rdas kontinuerligt f\u00f6r att inte tappa den talang man redan har.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lunchen tillbringades i den mindre salen Birka, d\u00e4r&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Kvinnoh\u00e4lsa som aff\u00e4rsrisk&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;stod p\u00e5 agendan. V\u00e5r egen Linda Eliasson, tillsammans med Helena&nbsp;Graflund&nbsp;Lagercrantz, Co-founder&nbsp;&amp; Medical Expert p\u00e5&nbsp;EsterCare&nbsp;och Jacqueline Fowler, HR-chef p\u00e5 Anticimex, belyste vikten av att v\u00e5ga prata om kvinnoh\u00e4lsa p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Helena gav en gedigen genomg\u00e5ng av kvinnors hormonh\u00e4lsa genom livet och hur den kan p\u00e5verka arbetet, medan Jacqueline ber\u00e4ttade om hur Anticimex har skapat en mer inkluderande kultur genom att aktivt satsa p\u00e5 just kvinnoh\u00e4lsa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftermiddagen inleddes med panelen\u00a0<strong>&#8220;AI i rekrytering \u2013 sluta leta som f\u00f6rr&#8221;<\/strong>, d\u00e4r\u00a0Richard Leksell\u00a0CCO p\u00e5\u00a0Talentium, Anita\u00a0Rae,\u00a0Head\u00a0of\u00a0Labour Market p\u00e5 Jobbland &amp; Jobbsafari\u00a0och Emilie\u00a0Goldensohn, Talent\u00a0Attraction\u00a0p\u00e5 ICA Gruppen, medverkade. Alla tre var \u00f6verens om att AI b\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndas aktivt i jobbans\u00f6kan\u00a0\u2013\u00a0men att det samtidigt g\u00e4ller att sticka ut och l\u00e4gga mer tid p\u00e5 det personliga m\u00f6tet. AI ska effektivisera och ta hand om det mer rutinm\u00e4ssiga, s\u00e5 att vi kan investera \u00e4nnu mer i det m\u00e4nskliga.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e4refter f\u00f6ljde tv\u00e5 kortare sessioner. Den f\u00f6rsta handlade om l\u00f6netransparens, med Magnus&nbsp;Drogell, VD p\u00e5 PIHR, Petra Skoglund, HR-strateg p\u00e5&nbsp;People&nbsp;by&nbsp;Cederfeldt, och Li Lignell,&nbsp;Head&nbsp;of&nbsp;HR p\u00e5&nbsp;Benifex. Alla tre var \u00f6verens om att organisationer bara har att vinna p\u00e5 \u00f6kad transparens och att det \u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga f\u00f6r ledning och hela organisationen, inte enbart HR. Ledarskapet beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 utvecklas f\u00f6r att det ska fungera optimalt i praktiken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den andra sessionen h\u00f6lls av Gustav Levi Bratt och Ella Andersson, kommersiella r\u00e5dgivare p\u00e5 Lifeplan, och handlade om hur pensionsr\u00e5dgivning kan skapa ekonomisk trygghet f\u00f6r medarbetare&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;samtidigt som arbetsgivarvarum\u00e4rket st\u00e4rks. En viktig insikt var att pension toppar m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rm\u00e5nslistor och att ett verktyg som Lifeplan d\u00e4rmed kan vara en stark konkurrensf\u00f6rdel i kampen om talang.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dagen avslutades med Arvid&nbsp;Axland&nbsp;och f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningen&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Bli arbetsplatsen ingen vill l\u00e4mna&#8221;<\/strong>. Han uppmanade oss att se arbetsplatsen som en destination&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;n\u00e4stan som en n\u00f6jespark. Hur f\u00e5r vi m\u00e4nniskor att vilja vara h\u00e4r, stanna och trivas? Arvid lyfte fram det emotionella perspektivet och vikten av att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 k\u00e4nslor, eftersom vi ofta fattar beslut baserade p\u00e5 just dem. Hans budskap var tydligt: satsa p\u00e5 relationer och kulturbyggande&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;f\u00f6r kunderna kommer aldrig att \u00e4lska ett varum\u00e4rke om inte de anst\u00e4llda g\u00f6r det f\u00f6rst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vad-tog-vi-med-oss-nbsp\"><strong>Vad tog vi med oss?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi vill att&nbsp;Framtidens HR&nbsp;inte bara ska vara ett event f\u00f6r en dag utan en katalysator f\u00f6r samtal och verklig f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Hur&nbsp;bygger vi organisationer som h\u00e5ller? Hur leder vi med empati i en&nbsp;allt mer&nbsp;automatiserad v\u00e4rld? Hur ser vi till att tekniken frig\u00f6r det m\u00e4nskliga i arbetet, snarare \u00e4n tr\u00e4nger undan det?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De samtalen&nbsp;forts\u00e4tter&nbsp;f\u00f6rhoppningsvis&nbsp;p\u00e5 kontoren, i ledningsgrupperna och i de stilla stunderna n\u00e4r vi funderar p\u00e5 varf\u00f6r vi g\u00f6r det vi g\u00f6r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi hoppas att ni b\u00e4r med er minst en insikt, en ny kontakt eller ett ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4ttande ni inte hade&nbsp;innan&nbsp;eventet.
