Man s\u00e4ger att den \u00e4r viktig, men organiserar den ofta p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rt att skapa faktisk effekt. Man skulle kunna beskriva det som &#8220;tomtebloss-insatser&#8221; ibland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vad-ar-en-sak-som-manga-hr-ledare-tror-pa-men-som-du-tycker-ar-helt-fel\"><strong>Vad \u00e4r en sak som m\u00e5nga HR-ledare tror p\u00e5 \u2013 men som du tycker \u00e4r helt fel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0 Att Talent\u00a0Acquisition\u00a0 \u00e4r en instegsroll p\u00e5 v\u00e4g mot en \u201driktig\u201d HR-roll. Jag tycker tv\u00e4rtom att TA \u00e4r ett specialistomr\u00e5de och en profession med direkt p\u00e5verkan p\u00e5 aff\u00e4ren och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver ses och ledas d\u00e4refter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vilken-hr-trend-tycker-du-ar-mest-overskattad-och-varfor\"><strong>Vilken HR-trend tycker du \u00e4r mest \u00f6verskattad \u2013 och varf\u00f6r?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0 Det kanske inte \u00e4r en trend, men jag tycker att vi ibland har en \u00f6vertro p\u00e5 processer. Vi \u00e4r duktiga p\u00e5 att bygga strukturer, modeller och steg \u2013 men tappar bort fr\u00e5gan om vilket aff\u00e4rsproblem vi faktiskt ska l\u00f6sa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vilket-ar-det-storsta-misstaget-organisationer-gor-nar-de-forsoker-forbattra-medarbetarupplevelsen\"><strong>Vilket \u00e4r det st\u00f6rsta misstaget organisationer g\u00f6r n\u00e4r de f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra medarbetarupplevelsen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0 De fastnar i symboliska initiativ \u2013 det man brukar kalla \u201dglass och ballonger\u201d \u2013 n\u00e4r det som\u00a0verkligen beh\u00f6vs \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre ledarskap och b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar i vardagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-om-du-kunde-forandra-en-sak-i-hur-foretag-arbetar-med-hr-vad-skulle-det-vara\"><strong>Om du kunde f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra en sak i hur f\u00f6retag arbetar med HR, vad skulle det vara?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jag skulle vilja se att HR tar ett tydligare kliv mot aff\u00e4ren \u2013 b\u00e5de i f\u00f6rst\u00e5else, spr\u00e5k och prioriteringar. Det kr\u00e4ver b\u00e4ttre analys, b\u00e4ttre anv\u00e4ndning av data och en st\u00f6rre f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att visa hur HR-arbetet bidrar till aff\u00e4rsv\u00e4rde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vad-ar-en-sak-hr-ledare-borde-sluta-gora-under-2026\"><strong>Vad \u00e4r en sak HR-ledare borde sluta g\u00f6ra under 2026?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0 Att agera f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r behovet redan \u00e4r akut! Det \u00e4r b\u00e5de dyrt, stressande och ineffektivt. HR-ledare borde sluta arbeta reaktivt med kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning och\u00a0ist\u00e4llet\u00a0b\u00f6rja ta sin kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning p\u00e5 allvar genom att planera l\u00e5ngsiktigt och hantera omr\u00e5det strategiskt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-om-du-bara-fick-ge-ett-enda-rad-till-en-hr-ledare-som-vill-ligga-steget-fore-vad-skulle-det-vara\"><strong>Om du bara fick ge ett enda r\u00e5d till en HR-ledare som vill ligga steget f\u00f6re \u2013 vad skulle det vara?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp; Investera i r\u00e4tt kompetens, bra system och modern teknik och f\u00e5 p\u00e5 plats en HR-organisation som m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r tv\u00e4rfunktionellt samarbete!
