N\u00e4r l\u00f6netransparens blir lag r\u00e4cker det inte med nya processer och uppdaterade policydokument. Det kr\u00e4vs ett ledarskap som kan st\u00e5 f\u00f6r sina principer, f\u00f6rklara sina beslut och bygga en kultur d\u00e4r r\u00e4ttvisa faktiskt upplevs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vad-ar-det-mest-kontroversiella-du-kommer-att-saga-pa-scen\"><strong>Vad \u00e4r det mest kontroversiella du kommer att s\u00e4ga p\u00e5 scen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Jag kommer troligen att s\u00e4ga att transparens\u00a0inte \u00e4r\u00a0risken, det \u00e4r bristen p\u00e5 riktning som \u00e4r det verkliga hotet. M\u00e5nga chefer \u00e4r livr\u00e4dda f\u00f6r transparens, men den r\u00e4dslan beror oftast p\u00e5 en otydlig l\u00f6nestrategi. Vi m\u00e5ste strategiskt leda organisationen genom de snabba kompetensf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna som kommer med AI genom att prioritera l\u00f6neutveckling till de roller som skapar st\u00f6rst framtida aff\u00e4rsv\u00e4rde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vad-ar-en-sak-som-manga-hr-ledare-tror-pa-men-som-du-tycker-ar-helt-fel\"><strong>Vad \u00e4r en sak som m\u00e5nga HR-ledare tror p\u00e5 \u2013 men som du tycker \u00e4r helt fel?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0M\u00e5nga HR-ledare tror att deras jobb \u00e4r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att alla anst\u00e4llda \u00e4r garanterade en \u00e5rlig l\u00f6ne\u00f6kning. Det finns ingen lag som garanterar detta i Sverige. N\u00e4r l\u00f6nepotterna \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsade m\u00e5ste vi v\u00e5ga l\u00e4mna tanken p\u00e5 generella, breda p\u00e5slag f\u00f6r alla.\u00a0Ist\u00e4llet\u00a0beh\u00f6ver HR utbilda chefer i att prioritera kompensation till de kompetenser som skapar st\u00f6rst framtida v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r verksamheten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vilken-hr-trend-tycker-du-ar-mest-overskattad-och-varfor\"><strong>Vilken HR-trend tycker du \u00e4r mest \u00f6verskattad \u2013 och varf\u00f6r?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Trenden kring\u00a0<em>Employee\u00a0Experience<\/em>\u00a0\u00e4r mest \u00f6verskattad i sin nuvarande form. Rapporter visar att\u00a089% av HR-chefer anser att deras erbjudande om medarbetarupplevelse \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n konkurrenternas, men bara 19% av de anst\u00e4llda h\u00e5ller med. Detta \u201dValue\u00a0Perception Gap\u201d visar att m\u00e5nga HR-ledare \u00e4r alltf\u00f6r sj\u00e4lvbel\u00e5tna och misslyckas med att leverera p\u00e5 grundl\u00e4ggande behov som upplevd r\u00e4ttvisa och individuellt anpassade f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vilket-ar-det-storsta-misstaget-organisationer-gor-nar-de-forsoker-forbattra-medarbetarupplevelsen\"><strong>Vilket \u00e4r det st\u00f6rsta misstaget organisationer g\u00f6r n\u00e4r de f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra medarbetarupplevelsen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Det st\u00f6rsta misstaget \u00e4r att forts\u00e4tta med\u00a0&#8220;one\u00a0size\u00a0fits all&#8221;-l\u00f6sningar, s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner och kompensation. Data visar att\u00a081% av de anst\u00e4llda \u00f6nskar att deras f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner kunde anpassas efter deras livssituation. Att ignorera detta \u00e4r en stor talangrisk, d\u00e5 51% av kandidaterna skulle tacka nej till ett jobberbjudande om f\u00f6rm\u00e5nerna visade sig vara d\u00e5liga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-om-du-kunde-forandra-en-sak-i-hur-foretag-arbetar-med-hr-vad-skulle-det-vara\"><strong>Om du kunde f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra en sak i hur f\u00f6retag arbetar med HR, vad skulle det vara?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Jag skulle vilja flytta\u00a0HR:s\u00a0fokus fr\u00e5n att vara en reaktiv funktion som hanterar historiska problem till att bli en\u00a0proaktiv, aff\u00e4rsn\u00e4ra partner som kopplar ihop kompensation och talent management med organisationens framtida aff\u00e4rsbehov. Vi m\u00e5ste strategiskt leda organisationen genom de kompetensf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som kommer med AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vad-ar-en-sak-hr-ledare-borde-sluta-gora-under-2026\"><strong>Vad \u00e4r en sak HR-ledare borde sluta g\u00f6ra under 2026?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Sluta hantera l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttning som en \u00e5rlig, administrativ process baserad enbart p\u00e5 historisk prestation. HR-ledare m\u00e5ste\u00a0ist\u00e4llet\u00a0anv\u00e4nda l\u00f6ne\u00f6versynen som ett strategiskt verktyg f\u00f6r att styra kompetens och beteende\u00a0mot de roller som skapar st\u00f6rst framtida aff\u00e4rsnytta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-om-du-bara-fick-ge-ett-enda-rad-till-en-hr-ledare-som-vill-ligga-steget-fore-vad-skulle-det-vara\"><strong>Om du bara fick ge ett\u00a0enda r\u00e5d till en HR-ledare som vill ligga steget f\u00f6re \u2013 vad skulle det vara?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;V\u00e5ga vara den&nbsp;\u201dtrusted&nbsp;advisor\u201d&nbsp;som ger ledningsgruppen modet att st\u00e5 f\u00f6r sina principer och f\u00f6rklara sv\u00e5ra beslut, s\u00e4rskilt g\u00e4llande l\u00f6netransparens.
