Med hj\u00e4lp av mindfulness kan vi sluta tro p\u00e5 allt vi t\u00e4nker och unders\u00f6ka vilka tankar som faktiskt \u00e4r anv\u00e4ndbara. M\u00e5nga s\u00e4ger att de inte kan fokusera men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5got vi kan \u00f6va p\u00e5. Alla vet om att man m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre av fysisk tr\u00e4ning, men vi m\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre av psykisk tr\u00e4ning. Prioritera mindfulness.<\/span> <br \/>Det g\u00e5r inte att b\u00f6rja med mindfulness om du inte vill. Du ska inte k\u00e4nna att det \u00e4r ett till borde i livet, utan unders\u00f6k varf\u00f6r du vill meditera? Se \u00e4ven om du kan inkludera m\u00e4nniskorna i ditt liv i din intention. Hur kan de ha nytta av att du tar dig tiden att meditera? Lyssnar du b\u00e4ttre? \u00c4r du mer n\u00e4rvarande? Det r\u00e4cker att meditera i tio minuter \u2013 det kan ge stor effekt. Till och med tre minuter har visat sig ge effekt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;font-weight: bold\">2. Var sn\u00e4ll mot dig sj\u00e4lv.<\/span> <br \/>N\u00e4r du v\u00e4nder blicken in\u00e5t kan du uppt\u00e4cka vilken ton du har mot dig sj\u00e4lv. Varje g\u00e5ng du blir distraherad n\u00e4r du mediterar, se inte det som ett misslyckande, utan det \u00e4r en del av \u00f6vningen. Var sn\u00e4ll mot dig sj\u00e4lv. Meditation \u00e4r inte bara en \u00f6vning i n\u00e4rvaro, det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 en \u00f6vning i sj\u00e4lvmedk\u00e4nsla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;font-weight: bold\">3. Unders\u00f6k dina k\u00e4nslor.<br \/><\/span>N\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng du fastnar i en jobbig k\u00e4nsla. Unders\u00f6k nyfiket om k\u00e4nslan kommer fr\u00e5n n\u00e5got som h\u00e4nder i verkligheten, som du kan f\u00f6rnimma med dina sinnen eller om k\u00e4nslan kommer fr\u00e5n en tanke. Kan det vara en promenad eller att lyssna p\u00e5 musik som g\u00f6r dig n\u00e4rvarande? Lycka kan ocks\u00e5 definieras att vi g\u00f6r mer av det som vi m\u00e5r bra av.
