Under coronapandemin b\u00f6rjade <a href=\"\/generation-corona-sa-har-pandemin-paverkat-arbetsmarknadens-yngsta\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u201dGeneration Corona\u201d<\/a> bli ett alltmer allm\u00e4nt vedertaget begrepp f\u00f6r att beskriva den generation som kom ut p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden n\u00e4r viruset h\u00e4grade som v\u00e4rst.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px\">I Benifys unders\u00f6kning <a href=\"https:\/\/info.benify.se\/ladda-ner-rapporten-om-framtidens-arbetsliv\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u201dFramtidens arbetsliv\u201d<\/a>, d\u00e4r 32 000 personer deltog, rankade den generation friskv\u00e5rd som den f\u00f6rm\u00e5n man v\u00e4rdesatte h\u00f6gst. Med tanke p\u00e5 att vi haft en tid av mycket stillasittande kan anledningen vara att man Generation C helt enkelt vill att arbetsgivaren underl\u00e4ttar f\u00f6r fysisk aktivitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px\">\u2013 Att ha ett f\u00f6rm\u00e5nsanpassat utbud betyder att man som arbetsgivare har \u00f6rat mot marken. P\u00e5 Benify har vi exempelvis haft en h\u00e4lsoutmaning d\u00e4r vi donerat till v\u00e4lg\u00f6renhet.
