Medarbetare som har minst tjugo personalf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner \u00e4r upp till 17% mer n\u00f6jda \u00e4n dem som endast har max tio f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra sin heml\u00e4xa om de vill attrahera, engagera och beh\u00e5lla sina b\u00e4sta medarbetare. Ju \u00e4ldre medarbetaren \u00e4r, desto mindre viktiga blir h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rm\u00e5nerna. F\u00f6rm\u00e5ner inom pension \u00e4r d\u00e4remot mycket viktigare f\u00f6r \u00e4ldre medarbetare \u00e4n vad de \u00e4r f\u00f6r de yngre; n\u00e5got som kanske inte \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt \u00f6verraskande.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Vilka f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner \u00e4r mest uppskattade av medarbetare? F\u00f6r yngre medarbetare rankas mat-och dryckesf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner som de mest uppskattade f\u00f6rm\u00e5nerna \u2013 f\u00f6ljt av personalklubbar, f\u00f6reningar och g\u00e5vor till personalen. H\u00e4lsof\u00f6rm\u00e5ner \u00e4r kanske inte de mest viktiga f\u00f6rm\u00e5nerna f\u00f6r de \u00e4ldre, men faktum \u00e4r att h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rm\u00e5nerna \u00e4r de mest <i>uppskattade <\/i>f\u00f6rm\u00e5nerna bland de flesta \u00e5ldersgrupperna.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Att satsa p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rm\u00e5ner \u00e4r ett s\u00e4kert kort f\u00f6r dig som arbetsgivare \u2013 Sveriges mest uppskattade f\u00f6rm\u00e5n, och d\u00e4r det i m\u00e5nga fall g\u00e5r att anv\u00e4nda friskv\u00e5rdsbidraget f\u00f6r att bekosta h\u00e4lsoaktiviteten.<\/p>\n<h2>Tre saker som bidrar till en attraktiv arbetsplats<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">N\u00f6jdhetsrapporten 2018 \u00e4r skriven utifr\u00e5n resultaten i en av branschens mest ambiti\u00f6sa medarbetarunders\u00f6kningar, d\u00e4r vi kombinerat b\u00e5de kvantitativa och kvalitativa data fr\u00e5n mer \u00e4n 20&nbsp;000 medarbetare och HR-medarbetare i 20 olika branscher.
