Andra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbetsmarknadsnytt.se\/allmanna_nyheter\/har-ar-branscherna-som-soker-folk-mitt-i-krisen_772898.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">branscher som rekryterar mitt i krisen<\/a> \u00e4r livsmedelshandeln, byggsektorn och viss tillverkningsindustri, liksom utbildning, v\u00e5rd och omsorg. Samtidigt \u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/computersweden.idg.se\/2.2683\/1.733586\/it-jobb-corona\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 utvecklare, programmerare och annan IT-kompetens fortsatt h\u00f6g<\/a>, precis som innan covid-19 slog till. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Oavsett bransch har krisen visat vikten av samarbete och att ta hand om varandra. Eller att <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dn.se\/ekonomi\/hotell-delar-personal-med-butikskedjor\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">hotellpersonal skulle l\u00e5nas ut till livsmedelsbutiker<\/a>? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">De organisationer som lyckas b\u00e4st med att st\u00f6tta sina medarbetares h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende, och uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla deras engagemang och motivation, kommer ocks\u00e5 att g\u00e5 starkare igenom krisen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ett smart s\u00e4tt att st\u00f6tta medarbetarnas v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende \u00e4r med hj\u00e4lp av personalf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner. Men som Benifys kommande <a href=\"https:\/\/info.benify.se\/formans-och-engagemangsrapporten\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">f\u00f6rm\u00e5ns- &amp; engagemangsrapport<\/a> visar \u2013 baserat p\u00e5 en unders\u00f6kning med ca 5000 deltagare i Storbritannien, Tyskland och Sverige \u2013 duger det inte med vilka f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner som helst: utbudet beh\u00f6ver vara relevant, individanpassat och digitalt l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4ngligt f\u00f6r att ge \u00f6nskad effekt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">H\u00e4r nedan listar vi fyra anledningar f\u00f6r arbetsgivare att se \u00f6ver sitt f\u00f6rm\u00e5nsutbud just nu:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">1. F\u00f6r att medarbetarna beh\u00f6ver st\u00f6d<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/europe\/well-being-in-europe-addressing-the-high-cost-of-covid-19-on-life-satisfaction#\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">McKinsey-rapport fr\u00e5n april 2020<\/a> visar att den genomsnittliga livstillfredsst\u00e4llelsen i Europa har sjunkit till den l\u00e4gsta niv\u00e5n sedan 1980 till f\u00f6ljd av coronakrisen. I rapporten unders\u00f6ks faktorer som anst\u00e4llningstrygghet och f\u00f6rlorade inkomster, men ocks\u00e5 hur m\u00e4nniskor skattar sin h\u00e4lsa och sina relationer. Depressioner och upplevd ensamhet ser ut att \u00f6ka i en orov\u00e4ckande takt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">De flesta av oss har upplevt f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i hur vi jobbar under 2020. Vad som d\u00e4remot inte har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrats \u00e4r vikten av personalh\u00e4lsa. F\u00f6r arbetsgivare inneb\u00e4r detta att erbjuda medarbetarna r\u00e4tt st\u00f6d och verktyg f\u00f6r att kunna uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla en god h\u00e4lsa \u2013 och en h\u00f6g produktivitet \u2013 \u00e4ven i en ny och utmanande tid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Utv\u00e4rdera ert befintliga f\u00f6rm\u00e5nsutbud f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att det inneh\u00e5ller relevanta f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner som st\u00f6ttar medarbetarnas v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende, b\u00e5de fysiskt och mentalt. Beh\u00f6ver utbudet kompletteras med nya tj\u00e4nster inom exempelvis <a href=\"\/allt-du-behover-veta-om-friskvardsbidrag\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">friskv\u00e5rd<\/a>, <a href=\"\/formanerna-som-ger-battre-work-life-balance\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">work-life balance<\/a> eller <a href=\"\/ny-teknik-i-kampen-mot-psykisk-ohalsa\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mentalt v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende<\/a>? Gl\u00f6m heller inte bort utbudet inom <a href=\"\/forsakringar-via-jobbet\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar<\/a> och <a href=\"\/tag\/pension\" rel=\"noopener\">pension <\/a>f\u00f6r en \u00f6kad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benify.se\/ekonomisk-trygghet\/\" rel=\"noopener\">ekonomisk trygghet<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">I tider n\u00e4r <a href=\"\/sa-hanterar-du-din-arbetsstyrka-pa-distans\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">m\u00e5nga jobbar hemifr\u00e5n<\/a>, och vi uppmanas till <a href=\"\/tips-for-att-socialisera-pa-distans\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">social distansering<\/a>, \u00e4r det f\u00f6rst\u00e5s extra viktigt att erbjuda f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner som kan best\u00e4llas och nyttjas digitalt. M\u00f6jligheterna till detta \u00e4r st\u00f6rre \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin, med till exempel en rad nya <a href=\"\/digitala-tjanster-for-en-battre-halsa-under-covid-19\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">digitala h\u00e4lsotj\u00e4nster<\/a> som kan anv\u00e4ndas p\u00e5 distans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/benifex.com\/sv\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/digitala-personalformaner.jpeg\" alt=\"digitala-personalformaner\" width=\"1880\" style=\"width: 1880px;margin: 0px\"><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">2. F\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla ett starkt varum\u00e4rke <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Hur f\u00f6retag agerar under coronakrisen p\u00e5verkar deras arbetsgivarvarum\u00e4rke, p\u00e5 gott och ont. Fina v\u00e4rderingar \u00e4r ju inte mycket v\u00e4rda om de inte f\u00f6ljs \u00e4ven i tuffa tider. Det g\u00e5r heller inte att separera ett employer brand fr\u00e5n hur varum\u00e4rket upplevs av f\u00f6retagets konsumenter. I en amerikansk unders\u00f6kning uppgav 84% att deras <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mww.com\/consumers-speak-actions-taken-now-will-determine-how-brands-perform-in-next-phase-of-covid-economy\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">k\u00f6pbeteende p\u00e5verkas av hur f\u00f6retag behandlar sina anst\u00e4llda under pandemin<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Medan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mww.com\/consumers-speak-actions-taken-now-will-determine-how-brands-perform-in-next-phase-of-covid-economy\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">vissa f\u00f6retag kritiseras<\/a> f\u00f6r att inte f\u00f6lja rekommendationer om social distansering, eller till och med kr\u00e4ver att medarbetare kommer till jobbet trots avr\u00e5dan fr\u00e5n myndigheter, finns det andra som ist\u00e4llet uppm\u00e4rksammas f\u00f6r att ha satt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrm.org\/resourcesandtools\/hr-topics\/employee-relations\/pages\/these-companies-put-employees-first-during-pandemic.aspx\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">medarbetarnas h\u00e4lsa i f\u00f6rsta rummet<\/a>. I b\u00e5da fallen p\u00e5verkas s\u00e5v\u00e4l arbetsgivarvarum\u00e4rke som konsumentvarum\u00e4rke.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">3. F\u00f6r att tackla \u201csurvivor syndrome\u201d <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">M\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag har tvingats varsla personal till f\u00f6ljd av coronakrisen. Att bli uppsagd \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s fr\u00e4mst en tuff upplevelse f\u00f6r den enskilda medarbetaren. Men <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arbetsvarlden.se\/win-win-nar-arbetsgivare-stottar-uppsagda\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">enligt forskaren Wiley Wakeman vid Handelsh\u00f6gskolan i Stockholm<\/a> riskerar ocks\u00e5 de som blir kvar att p\u00e5verkas negativt av \u201dsurvivor syndrome\u201d, och tappa i motivation:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201dM\u00e5nga blir dels stressade f\u00f6r att sj\u00e4lva bli uppsagda, men har ocks\u00e5 skuldk\u00e4nslor \u00f6ver att just de fick vara kvar n\u00e4r andra fick l\u00e4mna. Det leder till att arbetsgl\u00e4djen minskar och kan ocks\u00e5 f\u00e5 f\u00f6ljden att flera slutar p\u00e5 grund av det.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">F\u00f6r att motverka den h\u00e4r typen av effekter, och h\u00e5lla engagemanget och motivationen uppe hos den kvarvarande personalstyrkan, beh\u00f6ver arbetsgivare erbjuda olika typer av st\u00f6d \u2013 inklusive r\u00e4tt f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/benifex.com\/sv\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/guy-laptop.jpg\" alt=\"personalformaner-som-stod\" width=\"2200\" style=\"width: 2200px;margin: 0px\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">4. F\u00f6r att visa uppskattning trots begr\u00e4nsade m\u00f6jligheter till l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Prognosen f\u00f6r stora l\u00f6ne\u00f6kningar och bonusar ser m\u00f6rk ut i sviterna av pandemin. Samtidigt vill arbetsgivare visa uppskattning f\u00f6r medarbetarnas insatser under en tuff tid \u2013 och forts\u00e4tta kunna locka till sig de nya talanger som kan beh\u00f6vas. Under dessa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar kan ett relevant och attraktivt f\u00f6rm\u00e5nsutbud f\u00e5 en avg\u00f6rande betydelse. Ett s\u00e4tt att \u00f6ka v\u00e4rdet av utbudet f\u00f6r medarbetarna \u00e4r att erbjuda individanpassade och flexibla f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner.
