Personligen \u00e4r jag av filosofin att jag sj\u00e4lv m\u00e5ste visa min chef att jag har ambitioner och att jag \u00e4r redo f\u00f6r n\u00e4sta kliv. Att jag sj\u00e4lv m\u00e5ste veta det. H\u00e4r b\u00f6rjar vi ocks\u00e5 se omv\u00e4nda roller, d\u00e5 medarbetaren b\u00f6rjat t\u00e4nka \u201dwhat\u2019s in it for me\u201d. Vi som arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja visualisera karri\u00e4rm\u00f6jligheter och vad m\u00f6jligheterna att bredda sig \u00e4r. H\u00e4r beh\u00f6ver vi ta en mer aktiv roll.
