Risken med ett mindre engagemang \u00e4r att man blir mer ben\u00e4gen att byta jobb \u2013 men \u00e4r det det v\u00e4rsta som kan h\u00e4nda en arbetsgivare?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">I Benifys unders\u00f6kning, som ligger till grund f\u00f6r rapporten <a href=\"https:\/\/info.benify.se\/ladda-ner-rapporten-framtidens-arbetgivare\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Framtidens arbetsgivare: En arbetsplats<\/a> i f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, ser vi hur Generation Z (f\u00f6dda 1995 eller senare) \u00e4r den minst engagerade generationen p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. N\u00e4r de olika generationerna f\u00e5tt svara p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan hur engagerade de k\u00e4nner sig en vanlig dag p\u00e5 jobbet, s\u00e4ger 74 procent i den h\u00e4r generationen att de \u00e4r det. Millennials (f\u00f6dda 1985-1994) hamnar p\u00e5 78 procent och Generation X (f\u00f6dda 1965-1984) hamnar p\u00e5 84 procent. Baby boomers (f\u00f6dda 1945-1964) \u00e4r den mest engagerade generationen. H\u00e4r s\u00e4ger 86 procent att de k\u00e4nner ett dagligt engagemang. Jag kan p\u00e5verka min arbetssituation<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;background-color: transparent\">3. Jag k\u00e4nner gemenskap med mina kollegor<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Om en arbetsgivare allts\u00e5 ger m\u00f6jligheter till medarbetaren att sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5verka arbetssituationen, verkar f\u00f6r gemenskap kollegor emellan och tar reda p\u00e5 vad som f\u00e5r varje medarbetare att k\u00e4nna att arbetet \u00e4r meningsfullt \u2013 kan du allts\u00e5 \u00f6ka chanserna till att de yngre stannar. Men r\u00e4cker det? Eller ska man bara gilla l\u00e4get? <a href=\"\/generationsforskarens-tips-sa-blir-du-relevant-for-unga-talanger\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">I ett tidigare inl\u00e4gg<\/a> har vi intervjuat generationsforskaren Anders Parment. Han s\u00e4ger s\u00e5h\u00e4r om hur man som arbetsgivare b\u00f6r hantera den yngre generationens medarbetare:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;background-color: white\">\u2013 Man kan lyssna p\u00e5 de vad de vill ha fr\u00e5n en arbetsplats och l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna deras preferenser. Men man f\u00e5r nog gilla l\u00e4get p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt att man inte kan r\u00e4kna med att medarbetare stannar lika l\u00e4nge som tidigare. H\u00e4r \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 viktigt att veta att det faktum att medarbetare slutar, och att nya b\u00f6rjar, inte beh\u00f6ver vara negativt. Det \u00e4r en ny situation som p\u00e5 kort sikt \u00e4r lite jobbig att hantera \u2013 rekrytering kr\u00e4ver engagemang \u2013 men som i l\u00e4ngden inte \u00e4r osund. Det \u00e4r rimligt att m\u00e4nniskor ser sig om efter andra jobb och att arbetsgivare m\u00e5ste anstr\u00e4nga sig f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla viktiga medarbetare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Men om de yngre \u00e4r sv\u00e5rcharmade, och vi \u00e4nd\u00e5 vill att de ska stanna p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge det bara g\u00e5r. Vad kan man d\u00e5 mer g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att veta att man gjort vad man kan f\u00f6r att undvika att de byter jobb? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 24px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">H\u00e4r kommer tre tips fr\u00e5n Benify:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Ta tempen p\u00e5 dina medarbetare.<\/strong> Fr\u00e5ga medarbetarna regelbundet vad de tycker om sina arbetsuppgifter och vad som skulle f\u00e5 dem att k\u00e4nna ett st\u00f6rre engagemang. Att f\u00e5 medarbetarna mer engagerade \u00e4r mycket enklare om de f\u00f6rst\u00e5r varum\u00e4rket och vad f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna p\u00e5 framtiden \u00e4r.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>Uppmuntra kompetensutveckling och karri\u00e4rskliv.<\/strong> Att erbjuda m\u00f6jligheter till karri\u00e4rutveckling inom f\u00f6retaget \u00e4r ett stort fokus inom HR idag. G\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r dina medarbetare att utvecklas inom f\u00f6retaget. Kan det vara s\u00e5 att de inte riktigt orkar engagera sig i arbetsplatsen, men att de \u00e4nd\u00e5 trivs ganska bra? I samma unders\u00f6kning, \u00e4r den mest engagerade generationen, Baby boomers, den generation som i minst utstr\u00e4ckning \u00e4r villig att rekommendera arbetsplatsen till andra. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">H\u00e4r \u00e4r skillnaderna i\u00f6gonfallande. N\u00e4r vi graderar rekommendationsviljan med hj\u00e4lp av m\u00e5ttet eNPS (ett m\u00e5tt p\u00e5 engagemang och lojalitet), visar Generation Z upp en eNPS p\u00e5 26 i rekommendationsvilja \u2013 medan Baby boomers hamnar p\u00e5 l\u00e5ga 12. D\u00e4r emellan ser vi hur Generation X och Millennials har en rekommendationsvilja p\u00e5 15. S\u00e5 trots att Generation Z \u00e4r mindre engagerade, \u00e4r de allts\u00e5 goda ambassad\u00f6rer f\u00f6r arbetsplatsen. <\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: bold;font-size: 24px\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201dV\u00e5ga lita p\u00e5 Generation Z\u201d<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Kanske ska vi oroa oss mindre f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rlora medarbetare fr\u00e5n Generation Z, och inse faktum. Som ung vill man g\u00e4rna prova sig fram och testa olika jobb. Det betyder inte att man inte trivs p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Gr\u00e4set kanske inte \u00e4r gr\u00f6nare p\u00e5 andra sidan, men det m\u00e5ste provsmakas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Eller som generationsforskare Anders Parment uttrycker det:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">\u2013 Generation Z kr\u00e4ver ett mer n\u00e4rvarande ledarskap som ger snabbare och mer feedback. Men de beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 ett ledarskap som ger frihet och kan f\u00e5 dem att blomma ut.
