De goda nyheterna \u00e4r att r\u00e4tt st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n dig som arbetsgivare kan g\u00f6ra stor skillnad.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">I Benifys stora unders\u00f6kning F\u00f6rm\u00e5nskollen f\u00e5r tusentals anst\u00e4llda i olika branscher svara p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benify.se\/var-produkt\/formaner\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">f\u00f6rm\u00e5ner<\/a>, kommunikation, engagemang och mycket mer. Deltagarna f\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 uppge hur stressade de k\u00e4nner sig inom tre olika omr\u00e5den: pensionen, privatekonomin och balansen mellan arbete och privatliv. I 2019 \u00e5rs unders\u00f6kning syns en tydlig tendens: pensionen \u00e4r det enda omr\u00e5det d\u00e4r stressen \u00f6kar med stigande \u00e5lder. F\u00f6r de tv\u00e5 andra g\u00e4ller det motsatta: ju yngre medarbetarna \u00e4r, desto st\u00f6rre andel uppger sig vara mycket stressade. Allra mest stressade inom dessa omr\u00e5den \u00e4r allts\u00e5 <a href=\"\/tag\/gen-z\" rel=\"noopener\">Gen<\/a><a href=\"\/tag\/gen-z\" rel=\"noopener\" id=\"__hsNewLink\">&nbsp;Z<\/a>; f\u00f6dda fr\u00e5n mitten av 1990-talet och fram\u00e5t \u2013 trots att denna generation precis tagit klivet ut i vuxenlivet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">S\u00e5h\u00e4r beskriver f\u00f6rel\u00e4saren Amanda Soltanian Generation Z, som hon sj\u00e4lv tillh\u00f6r, i en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gp.se\/debatt\/g%C3%B6r-plats-f%C3%B6r-framtiden-och-generation-z-1.19575749\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">debattartikel i G\u00f6teborgs-posten<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201dVi har vuxit upp under en global finanskris, politisk instabilitet och ett allt mer br\u00e5dskande klimathot, och det har i allra h\u00f6gsta grad format oss till de vi \u00e4r. Resultatet \u00e4r en ungdomsgeneration best\u00e5ende av trygghetsnarkomaner som dr\u00f6mmer om stabilitet. Den os\u00e4kra omv\u00e4rlden har dessutom gjort oss b\u00e5de beredda, och ganska bekv\u00e4ma, med tanken att beh\u00f6va jobba h\u00e5rt. Faktum \u00e4r att hela \u00e5tta av tio av oss f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig beh\u00f6va arbeta h\u00e5rdare f\u00f6r att komma n\u00e5gonstans j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med tidigare generationer.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/benifex.com\/sv\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/generation-z-mest-stressade-enligt-var-undersokning.jpg\" alt=\"generation-z stressade unders\u00f6kning\" width=\"680\" style=\"width: 680px;margin: 10px 0px 0px;height: auto;max-width: 100%\" height=\"453\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Kvinnor mer stressade \u00e4n m\u00e4n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">F\u00f6rutom generationsskillnader visar unders\u00f6kningen ocks\u00e5 tydliga skillnader mellan m\u00e4n och kvinnor n\u00e4r det kommer till stress. Inom alla tre omr\u00e5dena \u2013 <a href=\"\/tag\/pension\" rel=\"noopener\">pension<\/a>, privatekonomi och balans i livet \u2013 uppger en st\u00f6rre andel kvinnor \u00e4n m\u00e4n att de \u00e4r mycket stressade. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">L\u00e5ngvarig stress p\u00e5verkar inte bara det mentala v\u00e4lm\u00e5endet, utan kan \u00e4ven f\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt konkreta fysiska konsekvenser. Statistik fr\u00e5n F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan visar exempelvis att <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dn.se\/ekonomi\/fler-kvinnor-an-man-far-bettskena-arbetsrelaterad-stress-tros-vara-en-orsak\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">kvinnor \u00e4r \u00f6verrepresenterade bland patienter som f\u00e5r bettskenor utskrivna<\/a> f\u00f6r behandling av sm\u00e4rta i k\u00e4kar och tinningar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201dDet \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r dubbelt s\u00e5 vanligt att kvinnor har den h\u00e4r typen av sm\u00e4rttillst\u00e5nd. Och man har sett att stress \u00e4r en tydlig riskfaktor\u201d, s\u00e4ger Annie Borgwardt, tandl\u00e4kare och specialist i bettfysiologi.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">I samma artikel f\u00f6rklarar Kerstin Jeding, legitimerad psykolog p\u00e5 Stressmottagningen i Stockholm, att en del av f\u00f6rklaringen till kvinnors h\u00f6gre stressniv\u00e5er kan finnas p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201dKvinnor \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt mycket oftare utsatta f\u00f6r en arbetsmilj\u00f6 som har en giftig kombination av h\u00f6ga krav och l\u00e5g egen p\u00e5verkansm\u00f6jlighet.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Att kvinnor generellt tar ett st\u00f6rre ansvar f\u00f6r hem och barn kan ocks\u00e5 bidra till en h\u00f6gre total arbetsbelastning, och d\u00e4rmed h\u00f6gre stressniv\u00e5er, f\u00f6r kvinnor:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">\u201dAntal timmar vi l\u00e4gger p\u00e5 l\u00f6nearbete har \u00f6kat bland kvinnor de senaste decennierna, medan m\u00e4n har legat stilla. Men n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller hemarbete ligger kvinnorna fortfarande p\u00e5 runt fem timmar mer per vecka\u201d, s\u00e4ger Kerstin Jeding.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Sjukv\u00e5rden stressar mest \u2013 industrin minst <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Stressniv\u00e5erna skiljer sig ocks\u00e5 mellan olika branscher i Benifys unders\u00f6kning. Till exempel uppger sig mer \u00e4n varannan sjukv\u00e5rdsanst\u00e4lld vara mycket stressad \u00f6ver balansen i livet, men bara var tionde inom industrin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">N\u00e4r F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan tog fram sjukskrivningssiffror p\u00e5 uppdrag av fackf\u00f6rbundet Vision syntes ett liknande m\u00f6nster. De som l\u00f6pte st\u00f6rst risk att sjukskrivas p\u00e5 grund av stress arbetade i kvinnodominerade yrken som kr\u00e4vde h\u00f6g utbildning och mycket kontakt med m\u00e4nniskor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-size: 28px\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">R\u00e4tt st\u00f6d ger b\u00e4ttre balans i livet <\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">De medarbetare i Benifys unders\u00f6kning som uppgav att deras arbetsgivare hj\u00e4lpte dem att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla en bra balans mellan arbete och privatliv k\u00e4nde sig betydligt mindre stressade inom detta omr\u00e5de. Betydelsen av balans m\u00e4rks ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rm\u00e5nskategorin Arbetstid &amp; ledighet rankades bland de allra viktigaste i unders\u00f6kningen \u2013 framf\u00f6r allt bland Millennials, som \u00e4r den generation d\u00e4r andelen sm\u00e5barnsf\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar borde vara h\u00f6gst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svt.se\/nyheter\/lokalt\/skane\/arbetsgivare-kan-minska-stressen-for-anstallda-smabarnsforaldrar\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">En studie fr\u00e5n Lunds universitet<\/a> bekr\u00e4ftar att stressen \u00e4r h\u00f6g bland just sm\u00e5barnsf\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar, liksom att f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n arbetsgivaren hj\u00e4lper.
