Resultatet visar bland annat att flexibla arbetstider \u00e4r en viktig faktor b\u00e5de f\u00f6r att s\u00f6ka nytt jobb och f\u00f6r att stanna kvar p\u00e5 nuvarande arbetsplats. Det blir ocks\u00e5 viktigare att kunna kommunicera digitalt med medarbetarna. Med pushnotiser i mobilen n\u00e5r arbetsgivarna ut med r\u00e4tt information till sina medarbetare oavsett om de sitter p\u00e5 kontoret eller jobbar hemifr\u00e5n.
