Och det visade sig att de yngsta medarbetarna, generation Z, sticker ut p\u00e5 en rad punkter. H\u00e4r \u00e4r tre viktiga insikter fr\u00e5n rapporten.<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<hr>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 32px\"><span>S\u00e5 engagerar du <\/span><span>som arbetsgivare <\/span><span>generation<\/span><span> Z<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Andelen medarbetare i generation Z som anser sig vara \u201dstarkt engagerade\u201d \u00e4r 77 procent \u2013 en \u00f6kning med 3 procent sedan 2022. Men det \u00e4r fortfarande mycket l\u00e4gre \u00e4n motsvarande siffror f\u00f6r generation X (85 procent) och baby boomers (86), samt n\u00e5got l\u00e4gre \u00e4n f\u00f6r millennials (78).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Unders\u00f6kningen visar att engagemanget inom generation Z starkt h\u00e4nger samman med att man upplever arbetet som meningsfullt. Dessutom v\u00e4ger gemenskapen med kollegor tungt. F\u00f6rdomen om att generation Z skulle f\u00f6redra att enbart arbeta p\u00e5 distans st\u00e4mmer med andra ord inte. Detta st\u00e4mmer v\u00e4l in p\u00e5 vad vi definierar som en \u201dprogressiv\u201d arbetsgivare \u2013 n\u00e4mligen en arbetsgivare med stark f\u00f6retagskultur, kontinuerligt fokus p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbarhetsfr\u00e5gor, och flexibilitet n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Gen Z st\u00e4ller dock h\u00f6gre krav p\u00e5 detta omr\u00e5de \u00e4n \u00f6vriga \u00e5ldersgrupper.
