Men i topp p\u00e5 arbetsgivarnas lista \u00f6ver prioriterade fr\u00e5gor p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen ligger medarbetarengagemang (41%), t\u00e4tt f\u00f6ljt av att st\u00e4vja kompetensbristen (37%). Att satsa p\u00e5 AI som funktion och hj\u00e4lpmedel f\u00f6r HR, \u00e4r prioritet f\u00f6r endast 15% av de svarande.
