Enligt en Gallup-unders\u00f6kning spenderas 75 procent av v\u00e5rdkostnader p\u00e5 medicinska tillst\u00e5nd som g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rebygga. Men nu b\u00f6rjar allt fler f\u00f6retag inse v\u00e4rdet av att arbeta f\u00f6rebyggande med mental h\u00e4lsa. Det \u00e4r stress p\u00e5 jobbet och stressigt n\u00e4r man kommer hem, och d\u00e5 prioriterar man bort sin <a href=\"https:\/\/mindler.se\/psykisk-halsa\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mentala h\u00e4lsa<\/a>. Den hamnar liksom l\u00e4ngst ner p\u00e5 listan. Arbetsgivare kan erbjuda mentala h\u00e4lsokontroller och g\u00f6ra det enkelt att prata med en psykolog. Det \u00e4r viktigt att s\u00e4nka tr\u00f6sklarna och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra olika tj\u00e4nster, t\u00e4nker jag.
