Organisationsfokus<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: normal\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\">H\u00e4r studeras ist\u00e4llet ledarskap, arbetsorganisation och framg\u00e5ngsfaktorer i relation till trivsel, engagemang, vilja att stanna kvar och prestation.<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px;font-size: 18px;font-weight: normal\">Magnus Sverke menar p\u00e5 att vi m\u00e5ste ha \u00f6gonen p\u00e5 b\u00e5da delarna samtidigt. F\u00f6r att vi ska k\u00e4nna genuin motivation beh\u00f6ver tre grundl\u00e4ggande behov vara uppfyllda:<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\">Autonomi \u2013 att ha inflytande och kunna p\u00e5verka sitt arbete<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\"> <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\">Kompetens \u2013 att f\u00e5 anv\u00e4nda och utveckla sin f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga samt f\u00e5 \u00e5terkoppling<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\"> <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\">Samh\u00f6righet \u2013 att k\u00e4nna tillh\u00f6righet och vara en del av ett sammanhang<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\"> <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 20.925px\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">N\u00e4r dessa behov tillgodoses \u00f6kar den inre motivationen \u2013 vilket i sin tur driver b\u00e5de prestation och v\u00e4lbefinnande. Men f\u00f6r att det ska bli h\u00e5llbart beh\u00f6ver individerna ocks\u00e5 ha r\u00e4tt organisatoriska f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.
