Recognition reflects sustained impact across workplace wellbeing, public policy, academia, and organizational leadership.
London, UK – Benifex, the global leader in employee reward and benefits technology, today announced that Gethin Nadin, Chief Innovation Officer at Benifex, has been named one of the UK’s Top 100 Most Influential People for 2026. He joins a distinguished list of nationally recognized leaders spanning politics, sport, business, and public life.
The recognition reflects Nadin’s long-standing influence on how organizations, policymakers and institutions approach work, wellbeing, reward and employee experience – both in the UK and internationally.
In addition to his C-suite role at Benifex, Nadin is an Executive Fellow at King’s College London, King’s Business School, which ranks in the top 1% globally. In this role, he designs and delivers postgraduate teaching for international HR Master’s students, focusing on reward strategy, benefits design and evidence-based wellbeing. His programs are widely recognized for bridging academic theory with real-world organizational practice.
Nadin also serves as Chair of the Policy Liaison Group on Workplace Wellbeing, bringing together senior HR leaders to engage directly with MPs, ministers and peers on workforce, wellbeing, and employment policy. Through this work, he regularly contributes to discussions at the Houses of Parliament and has spoken at the House of Lords on the future of work and organizational resilience.
Over the course of his career, Nadin has delivered hundreds of keynote and conference presentations globally, authored two bestselling books on work and wellbeing, and advised organizations across sectors on building healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
In 2025, he received two Lifetime Achievement Awards recognizing his contribution to the HR and wellbeing professions, further cementing his reputation as one of the most influential voices shaping how work is designed and experienced.
Commenting on the recognition, Nadin said:
“Influence only matters if it leads to better outcomes for people. My focus has always been on translating evidence into action – whether that’s inside organizations, classrooms, or policy discussions. I’m proud to see this work recognized at a national level.”
Benifex CEO, Mathieu Stevenson, added:
“Gethin’s influence extends far beyond Benifex. His ability to connect data, psychology, policy, and practice has shaped conversations across the profession and beyond. This recognition is richly deserved, and we are incredibly proud to call him a Benifexer.”
