First and foremost, recruitment must still go on. Ordinarily, the recruitment of new employees would present numerous challenges during a time when everyone is working remotely. It\u2019s not only the communications you send to your workforce that are important, it\u2019s also the communication between colleagues. A great example of a company maintaining strong communication between colleagues despite working remotely<\/a> is German bicycle company, Derby Cycle. <\/span><\/p>\n
