In fact, this applies to almost everything online. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/angelmaldonado1\/2019\/02\/27\/the-future-of-personalisation-and-why-we-should-care-trust\/#6144bc1e689f\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">As one Forbes article writes<\/a>, \u201cGoogle, Instagram or Amazon are perfect examples of how ads, ideas and interests are directed to us through \u201cbehavioral targeting\u201d, that is, by using our profiles to push stuff to our screens, a process that is also referred to as personalization\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In today\u2019s digital world, personalization is the only way we can cipher through the sheer volume of information \u201cout there\u201d and see what is relevant to us.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">One-Size-Fits-None<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Thanks to the personalized experiences of streaming services and e-commerce sites, employers are having to rethink the way they communicate with employees. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Put simply, the more personalized the communication is, the more effective it is. This gives employers a huge advantage; employees are frequently checking their phones and can immediately see when they receive a new notification or message. Employers, fear not \u2013 according to research, 60% of the apps employees use at work are, in fact, work-related.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">We\u2019ve all heard the expressions, \u201cThere\u2019s an app for everything\u201d or \u201cThere\u2019s an app for that\u201d.
